    Wine, cider and cava for sybarites is an extraordinary epicurean journey that we have specially designed for wine, cider and champagne gourmets. It will be a unique trip that will allow you to know the appellations of origin La Rioja, Ribera de Duero, Txakoli, Cider and Cava in Spain. The trip offers you a private guide, a personalized itinerary and an excellent service. Stay at the emblematic Londres y de Inglaterra Hotel, Viura Hotel and the luxurious Abadía de Retuerta Hotel. You will enjoy the prestigious gastronomy of Martín Berasategui Restaurant. You will visit the Protos winery,  one of the most prestigious in Spain. It will be surprised by the ritual of “txotx” and know wineries hand-in-hand to their owners, and taste the best wines and gourmet foods in their own cellars. An incredible experience and privilege.

    DAY 01-02

    Stay at the emblematic hotel. Dinner at Martín Berasategui Restaurant in Lasarte. He the only chef who has ten Michelin stars in Spain, where traditional and avant-garde cuisine is fused in an exquisite atmosphere.

    DAY 02-03

    You will be taken to a trip through the best Txakoli wine cellars in Spain. You will participate in a guided tour at a winery and its vineyards by its owner. It will take a sample of pintxos in the winery, with a wine tasting of 3 wines. Then you will have the incredible experience of a lunch and visit to a typical cider house in the North of Spain. Among the “kupelas” you will taste the typical cider house menu, its quality raw materials are brought to the kitchen stoves. Now, you will make the initiation to «txotx» in order to learn the ritual and secrets that accompany the tasting of natural cider: way to catch the glass, inclination to get a good granillo or «txinparta», view of the tone, meaning of the different colors and distinction of the smells.

    DAY 03-04

    You will be taken to La Rioja for a trip through the best wineries in Spain. You will participate in guided tours in three wineries and their vineyards. Today, visit the avant-garde winery Ysios, with drafts and caves from the 16th century in Briones, hand-in-hand with its owners, and the traditional Lopez de Heredia winery, a classic in the quarter of station. Each participant will receive a magnum bottle of one of their wines. You will walk through incredible landscapes of vineyards and medieval villages. Alternatively in trips composed only of two people, you can enjoy a unique experience with a master class of gastronomy in the kitchens of the restaurant with two Michelin stars.

    DAY 04-05

    Today you will immersion in the world of Cava. You will be taken to the authentic heart of wine world, discovering the ancient caves of Monasterio de Veruela winery. A wonderful cultural heritage where you can learn about the traditional way of making cava. In addition, during the visit you can taste our varieties Cava Camino al Moncayo, a Brut Nature Joven of 9 months, and Cava Monasterio de Veruela, a Brut Nature Reserve of 18 months.

    DAY 05-06

    After your translate to the heart of Ribera del Duero, you will pass to the final stage of winemaking immersion with a visit to one incredible winery with apellation of origin Ribera de Duero. The old caves of the Protos winery, at the foot of the Peñafiel castle. You will have a wine tasting with three wines in each visit.

    DAY 06-07

    The final touch of this trip Wine cider and cava is a recognized visit. A visit to Villa Creces winery with wine tasting.
